I have loved sharing my fun peloton journey with everyone over on my instagram. I thought since I am not 100 rides in I would share some of my favorite Peloton must haves to get me through my workouts. Please note this post may contain affiliate links!
First off, a lot of you have asked if I have a specific workout regimen. I have done Power Zone Training twice now and will be doing it again in August. I also love incorporating strength training 3-4 times a week. What that means is I usually ride 3-5 times a week (a couple rides may be arms+riding) + strength train 1-2 times out side of riding. I also ALWAYS stretch. That is really important to your training and recovery.
Must Have Items
Hair ties: I’m a big fan of the teleties. They don’t give me headaches but they keep my hair up and out of my face!
Towels: The sweat on the bike is real y’all. I have never sweated like this in my life. Workout towels are a must!
Padded shorts: These come in handy when you first get used to your bike. I usually only wear them now on rides longer than 60 minutes.
Fan: I mentioned all the sweat and seriously these fans help so much. I feel like endurance wise they are such a game changer for keeping my body cool!
Water bottle: You MUST stay hydrated during rides. I love this guzzler because it is easy to drink out of while riding!

Apple Watch: I love my watch for the health aspects. Tracking my heart rate, calories and over all health improvement. Since getting back into fitness it has really helped show my how I am improving!
