2020 is here and I thought it would be fun to put together a post that has all of my fitness favorites in one place. Fitness is something that is important to me from not on a physical standpoint but mentally too. When I workout I feel better and have better energy.

As busy mama so a lot of times I am doing at home workouts! I try to workout about 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes a day. I find that 30 minutes is attainable so I feel better that I get something done and don’t feel interrupted. So with that, I have found several great go to options for that help me get in quick workouts at home!
Yoga with Adriene: She has amazing yoga routines. SO many options from beginner to pro. Love the variety!
Body fit by Amy: Amy has workouts for ALL levels from HIIT, to pilates to cardio she has you covered!
Fit On: Workouts, meal plan, take process pics… lots of great options in one place
Vi Trainer: This is my favorite app for running and training for runs! It works for both beginners and pros!

Music: I love amazon music. They have great mixes for all types of workouts too!
