The new year is underway and I have really been trying to focus on my health. With that being said as a busy mom I realized that my eating habits aren’t the greatest [hello leftover Mac & cheese or PB&J]. After taking a look at my diet I also realized I was lacking protein.
When Vital Proteins reached out to me I was really excited to try their Collagen Peptides. What is Collagen?!?! It is the most abundant protein in the body and is a key constituent of all connective tissues. These protiens/peptides help with hair, skin, nails and your whole body. I have really seen an improvement over the past few weeks since I have amped up using Vital Proteins.
For me, I love adding it to my morning coffee. This line dissolves quickly and has no taste. But for those who love lighter coffee (I drink mine black) they have SUPER yummy creamers that I have tried and they taste amazing,
