During a tailgate the best way to make queso is in a crock pot. My favorite is the Famous Queso Dip!
1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
Dice VELVEETA® into cubes and pour RO*TEL into crock pot with cubes into crock pot. Turn on high and let melt. Stir occasionally. Turn down to medium/low once completely melted.
