Hi, my name is Lauren and I am a bathoholic.
I could take a hot bath everyday even during those long hot Texas summers. I love taking time to relax and just having some time to myself. Sometimes my date to my bath is a glass of wine, other times it is my iPad and some Netflix.
I had looked all around Pinterest one day to find a good detox bath. Of course I wanted to take one that night so I needed to find ingredients that I already had… my lazy butt need not to make a run to the store!

So off I went to hunt down my ingredients:
Baking Soda: CHECK
Epsom Salt: CHECK
Green Tea Bags: CHECK
I took the detox bath and really did enjoy it! Side note: the green tea makes the bath water look like you peed ALOT in it but OH WELL!
I didn’t feel dizzy in the bath but when I got up and was drying off WHOA hello headache. BUT it went away quickly. I really like how the detox made my skin feel and it was UBER relaxing so I feel like I will do it again. I may continue to adventure and try new ones but I would say this Pinterest Challenge was a success!
What detox baths do you like best?
Never tried a detox bath! I’ll have to check em out. I love Netflix-bath tub dates though!
